Aliso Beach Park is family friendly with large sandy beaches and views of wildlife perched atop rock formations. Swimming, skimboarding, surfing, skin diving and paddle boarding all take place here. The annual Skimboarding World Championship takes place here each July. A tot lot is provided for children. A limited number of bonfire pits are available. A concession building offers food and beverages with restrooms nearby. Open: Daily 6 a.m.-10 p.m. All vehicle parking consists of pay and display parking $1/hour year around. This is a county beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach, but must be on a 6' leash or shorter at all times. Dogs are permitted during normal beach hours, however are only allowed before 9am and after 6pm during summer months (June 15-Sept. 10).
